Property and Cancellation Policies

The guest can cancel free of charge until 5 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel in the 5 days before arrival. The guest will be charged a prepayment of the cost of the first night after reservation.

Terms and Conditions

- Not following the hotel policies, for example bringing pets, smoking, having parties, missing check-out time, or not respecting the quiet hours would be penalized with the 100€ deposit charge.
- Please note that10% VAT is included in the price.
- When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
- Early check-in / Late check out is subject to availability and may have an additional cost
- Please note that the city government requires a photocopy of all staying guests' ID, for which we will kindly need your collaboration before or upon arrival.
